Little Founders Nursery, part of Sahab School – مركز سحاب للتدريب المهني, is seeking dedicated and nurturing Teacher Assistants to join our growing early years education team in Al Mamoura, Abu Dhabi. We are looking for individuals passionate about early childhood care and education, especially in caring for infants from 45 days to 1 year of age.

As a Teacher Assistant (Infants), you will play a crucial role in supporting the healthy development of our youngest learners. Your duties will involve assisting with daily care routines, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and supporting sensory and age-appropriate developmental activities. You must have strong communication skills, a caring personality, and a deep commitment to early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily care of infants aged 45 days to 1 year.

• Support with feeding, diapering, sleeping, and routine hygiene.

• Create a warm, calming, and secure environment for infants.

• Engage in sensory and developmentally suitable activities.

• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the classroom.

• Work closely with lead teachers and parents to support child development.

Requirements:

• CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 certification OR Early Childhood Development Certificate (MOFA-attested).

• Experience working with infants is highly preferred.

• Warm, nurturing, and responsive personality.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Commitment to safeguarding and child well-being.
