EY Dubai is currently seeking a Tax Senior Consultant to join the Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) team within the MENA Tax service line. This full-time, on-site role is an exceptional opportunity for finance professionals who want to shape the future of tax and compliance while working with a leading global professional services firm.

The successful candidate will work within a team of highly experienced tax professionals, focusing on delivering tax compliance, reporting services, statutory accounting, and financial reporting to a diverse client base. As part of this role, you will manage client engagements, ensure high standards of service delivery, and contribute to expanding EY’s tax services in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day execution of client engagements in compliance and financial reporting.

• Monitor progress, identify and escalate issues, and implement performance-improvement solutions.

• Maintain and develop strong client relationships to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

• Support regional marketing and business development activities, including proposal support and fee estimates.

• Collaborate across borders and service lines to execute large-scale, complex projects.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Taxation, or a related field.

• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, or equivalent preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in tax compliance, financial reporting, and ERP systems.

• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulatory frameworks.

Ideally, You Will Also Have:

• Experience working with multinational clients.

• Leadership capabilities and team management skills.

• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
