EFS Facilities Services Group (EFS) is seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Manager to lead and manage all aspects of tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions in the GCC, Levant, and South Asia. This role ensures accurate filings, compliance with local tax laws, audit readiness, and strategic tax advisory for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation and submission of VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, excise duties, and related filings.

• Reconcile tax returns with statutory accounts and financial statements.

• Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation (Master File, Local File) ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Monitor legislative changes and advise management on risks and opportunities.

• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for accurate tax treatments and reporting.

• Coordinate and manage tax audits, government inquiries, and communication with authorities.

• Maintain accurate statutory tax records and ensure audit readiness.

• Manage relationships with external tax advisors across jurisdictions.

• Hire, train, and evaluate tax staff while nurturing a high-performing team.

• Increase tax awareness across business units and integrate tax considerations into business decisions.

• Implement efficient processes and systems for tax compliance and control.

• Recommend improvements to reduce risk exposure and enhance compliance.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, Law, or related field.

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA).

• 7–10+ years in tax compliance and advisory, preferably in multinational organizations or Big‑4 firms.

• Proven experience with GCC tax regimes (VAT, corporate tax, withholding tax) and other regional jurisdictions (Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, South Asia).

• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex tax matters to non-specialists.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and tax compliance software.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures; proactive and hands-on.
