Join Givaudan as a Taste & Wellbeing Pricing Analyst – 1-Year Open Contract Role

Givaudan, the global leader in Taste & Wellbeing and Fragrance & Beauty, is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Pricing Analyst to join our Regional Pricing team in the Middle East & Africa (AME). Based at our regional headquarters in Dubai Media City, this is a full-time, 1-year open contract role that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our pricing strategy and commercial success in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Strategic Partnership & Support

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Technical, and Customer Care.

• Support AME Sales and Global Pricing teams during annual customer price negotiations and implementations.

🔹 Pricing & Data Management

• Ensure accurate and timely price-setting and maintenance.

• Manage ongoing pricing activities—compute standard prices, maintain price lists, and monitor target costs.

• Assist Customer Care with SAP order pricing issues.

• Guarantee pricing compliance and protect gross margins.

🔹 Communication & Coordination

• Manage complex interactions with stakeholders across various regions, languages, and cultural backgrounds.

• Ensure high-quality data maintenance and alignment with pricing systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or MBA.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in pricing, finance, sales coordination, or business analysis.

• Background in sectors such as Flavours, Fragrances, Food & Beverage, Chemicals, or Pharma is a plus.

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.

• Experience with SAP is preferred.

• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.

Job Type: Temporary (1-Year Open Contract)
Location: On-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week
