You will identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, playing a vital role in securing qualified candidates for the company’s most critical roles.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source qualified talent for high-priority roles across regions

• Use platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to build pipelines

• Organize and execute outreach campaigns, recruitment events, and digital activations

• Collaborate closely with employer branding and talent acquisition teams

• Maintain and grow talent pools with strategic outreach and nurturing

• Offer labor market insights to hiring managers and recruitment leads

• Develop and deliver sourcing best practices to internal teams

🎯 Key Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer (in-house or agency)

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or social discipline

• Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Currently based in the UAE with a valid work permit

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
