The role involves designing and delivering engaging training sessions and leadership development programs aimed at strengthening individual and team performance. This is an on-site opportunity based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and facilitate leadership development programs tailored to organizational needs.

Deliver interactive training sessions and workshops focused on leadership and organizational excellence.

Develop frameworks and strategies for continuous leadership improvement.

Evaluate current leadership capabilities and design targeted learning interventions.

Measure training effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with internal teams to align training goals with business objectives.

Foster a learning culture that supports personal and professional growth.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in leadership and management training.

Strong facilitation and communication skills.

Ability to assess training needs and design customized programs.

Background in learning & development, organizational psychology, or HR is an advantage.

Results-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate and enhance training effectiveness.

Experience in corporate training or consulting environments preferred.
