Zain Omantel International (ZOI) is hiring a Talent & Performance Management Expert to oversee strategic and operational HR functions including talent acquisition, workforce and succession planning, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and performance management. The role is pivotal in enhancing employee experience and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop recruitment and workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals

Build and manage talent pipelines, ensuring effective onboarding and talent retention

Design and administer market-competitive compensation structures and benefits
-
Lead learning and development initiatives to address skill gaps and support career growth

Implement and manage performance management systems and improvement plans
-
Align employee goals with organizational objectives
-
Prepare accurate compensation budgets and financial reports
-
Partner with global HR consulting firms (e.g., Mercer, Korn Ferry, Hays) for benchmarking
Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
-
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or SPHR (preferred)
-
8–10 years’ experience in HR leadership across talent management, compensation, and L&D
-
Strong expertise in performance management systems and competency frameworks
-
Experience collaborating with international HR consultancies
-
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
-
Familiarity with legal and contractual aspects of HR
