We are looking for a Talent Partner – Design to join our dynamic team in Dubai in a hybrid full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in design and digital innovation. As a Talent Partner, your mission will be to uncover top-tier design and digital professionals from around the globe and build meaningful, lasting relationships with them.
Core Responsibilities:

Source and engage the world’s best design and digital talent using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Bulleon.

Conduct thorough candidate screening and build a pipeline of exceptional talent for our clients.

Own the end-to-end candidate process including sourcing, CV review, interview prep, and offer negotiations.

Represent aspexx. and manage your personal brand on social media and professional platforms.

Attend leading industry events to expand your network and promote the aspexx. brand.

Maintain CRM records and support internal process efficiency.

Work closely with Managing Partners on exciting client briefs from renowned design studios and global organizations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the design, digital, or creative sector.

Proficient with CRMs and candidate tracking systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.

Creative thinker with the ability to solve problems and adapt quickly.

Detail-oriented with strong time management and multitasking skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification preferred.
