This role is pivotal in strategic workforce planning, change management, and leadership development, enabling businesses to meet evolving challenges. The ideal candidate will shape end-to-end talent solutions, drive business impact, and lead innovative transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:
– Develop agile organization and operating models that align with future workforce trends.
– Design transformational change strategies and enterprise-wide talent solutions.
– Use data and analytics to create actionable insights for workforce planning.
– Earn trust and collaborate with leaders to build strategic workforce solutions.
– Apply behavioral tools to assess impact, organizational culture, and change readiness.
– Lead talent development and learning strategies, including digital transformation initiatives.
– Manage leadership assessments, stakeholder engagement, and organizational diagnostics.
– Mentor junior team members to foster a culture of inclusivity and growth.
– Support business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal development.
– Contribute to internal practice development initiatives such as recruiting, capability building, and community engagement.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
– Experience: 8+ years across organization design, talent strategy, workforce analytics, change management, leadership development, and enterprise transformation.
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Preferable Qualifications:
– MBA or graduate degree in Organizational Psychology, Behavioral Science, or a related field.
– Strong organization and workforce analytics skills.
– Experience using scientific approaches to measure and iterate behavior change initiatives.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
– Experience with digital learning solutions (AR/VR/XR).
