The Talent Management Specialist will support the full talent lifecycle, focusing on the development of national talent, career pathing, and succession planning. The role involves designing and implementing programs to enhance organizational capability, fostering a high-performance culture, and supporting employee growth. Key Responsibilities:

Implement national development programs and continuous development plans.

Design and manage mentoring and coaching programs.

Support the implementation of competency frameworks and career pathing initiatives.

Lead talent analytics and reporting efforts to inform talent management strategies.

Oversee talent review and succession planning processes.

Engage with key stakeholders and collaborate across divisions to drive talent solutions.

Continuously enhance talent management processes and tools.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, learning & development, or related HR functions.

Strong experience with competency models, talent analytics, and high-potential identification.

Proven ability to influence without authority and build relationships with stakeholders.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical and project management skills.
-
HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, HCI) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time, On-site (1-year contract)
