Food Specialities Limited (FSL), an award-winning supplier of beverage and food ingredients across the Middle East and Africa, is looking for a dynamic HR professional to drive talent acquisition and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment and engagement strategies, specifically within B2B sectors. You will work closely with business heads and cross-functional teams in a family business environment to manage HR functions that support the well-being and growth of employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, building and maintaining a talent pipeline.

Collaborate with stakeholders to address their people needs.

Design and implement employee engagement initiatives.

Support employee relations and execute key organizational events.

Manage the rewards and recognition process.
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of HR experience, focusing on talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Experience in the food and beverage, chemical industry, or related sectors is preferred.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a family business environment.
