Raffles The Palm Dubai is seeking a Talent & Culture Executive – Recruitment to manage and streamline the hotel’s recruitment processes. Reporting to the Talent & Culture Manager and Director, the executive will lead hiring, onboarding, and engagement activities while ensuring adherence to brand standards and UAE labor requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role at a luxury five-star hotel on Palm Jumeirah.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring documentation

Ensure timely onboarding: medical tests, visa processing, bank and ID setup

Maintain updated job descriptions and organizational charts

Manage employee files (both digital and physical)

Conduct T&C induction and INES recruitment training

Handle recruitment postings on platforms like LinkedIn and manage agency contracts

Liaise with accommodation for international arrivals

Send weekly new joiner updates and maintain recruitment noticeboards

Assist with monthly engagement activities and internal campaigns

Support all Talent & Culture daily operations and queries
Occasional & General Responsibilities:

Assist in organizing internal events and poster campaigns

Uphold high standards of hospitality, courtesy, and teamwork

Represent the brand with professionalism and positive conduct

Ensure compliance with Raffles and Accor corporate policies
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in HR/recruitment within a 5-star hospitality environment
-
Post-secondary education
-
Strong organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills

Ability to engage effectively across diverse teams and levels
-
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Proficient in HR documentation and hotel recruitment systems
