Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), a leading hospitality group with a prestigious portfolio of luxury hotels across the UAE, is hiring a Talent and Culture Executive for its Dubai properties. This role plays a critical part in supporting human resource functions, ensuring compliance, enhancing employee experience, and driving HR operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing recruitment systems to attract the right talent.

Coordinate with department heads for employee probation, goal-setting, and appraisals.

Maintain 100% compliance in payroll, attendance, and leave records.

Ensure complete and up-to-date employee personnel files.

Facilitate smooth onboarding, travel, housing, and orientation for new hires.

Act as a compliance champion for audits related to payroll and T&C functions.

Mentor and guide junior HR team members in daily HR operations.

Oversee HR processes such as insurance, filing, ticketing, and employee welfare.

Organize employee engagement events and welfare committee meetings.

Conduct exit interviews and report findings to the Cluster Assistant Director of T&C.

Coordinate employee accommodation and periodic locker inspections.

Ensure accuracy and submission of all T&C reports.

Lead T&C system data integrity and support external employee-related surveys.

Contribute to employee engagement surveys, CAPEX, payroll budgeting, and forecasts.

Take initiative in executing special projects assigned by senior HR leadership.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Information Systems (Master’s preferred).

Minimum 4 years of HR experience, particularly in payroll and ERP systems.

Familiarity with Oracle and Paytrax systems is an advantage.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).

Sound understanding of UAE Labor Law.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to create impactful employee engagement and retention strategies.
