Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (UAE National) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for multiple Oil & Gas projects across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and mobilization

• Develop competitive and creative sourcing strategies for diverse project requirements

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment plans

• Post job ads across portals, social media, and networking platforms

• Track mobilization processes (visa, medicals, travel) and ensure timely onboarding

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the PME database

• Provide weekly reports and updates to the Line Manager

• Ensure compliance with recruitment timelines and UAE nationalization quotas

Requirements

• UAE Nationality (mandatory as per nationalization law)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment or talent acquisition experience

• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas sector is essential

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
