BEUMER Group, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing of high-tech intra-logistic systems, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary 3 to 6-month position. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires across the Middle East region.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals
• Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
• Work closely with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment processes
• Maintain detailed recruitment records and provide reports to management
• Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as a recruiter, familiar with the Middle East region
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and teams
