Talent Acquisition Specialist – Temporary Position (3 to 6 months)


BEUMER Group, a global leader in engineering and manufacturing of high-tech intra-logistic systems, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a temporary 3 to 6-month position. The role involves managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing top talent, coordinating hiring processes, and ensuring smooth onboarding for new hires across the Middle East region.
Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Work closely with hiring managers to coordinate recruitment processes
- Maintain detailed recruitment records and provide reports to management
- Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a recruiter, familiar with the Middle East region
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and teams
