MTS GROUP, a well-established company in the real estate sector, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time 6-month temporary role in Dubai. This position is ideal for HR professionals with a solid understanding of UAE labor law and prior experience in the Dubai real estate market.
The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment and HR processes to support the team during a high-growth phase.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure HR policy compliance

Coordinate with PROs for visa processing and labor formalities

Assist in employee engagement, performance management, and payroll inputs

Stay updated and ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations
Requirements:
-
Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Dubai’s real estate sector

In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa processing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask and work independently
