Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical & Entertainment | Miral Experiences

Miral Experiences is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle for technical and entertainment roles. This position will involve sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to develop hiring strategies, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding and maintaining recruitment data to build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

    • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

    • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop hiring strategies.

    • Source candidates via job boards, social media, and networking.

    • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for role fit.

    • Coordinate interview schedules and maintain a positive candidate experience.

  • Employer Branding & Reporting:

    • Support employer branding through social media, events, and marketing.

    • Maintain accurate recruitment data, track hiring metrics, and provide insights.

    • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and labor regulations.

    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

  • Candidate Evaluation & Workforce Planning:

    • Conduct reference checks and collaborate on salary negotiations.

    • Utilize assessment tools to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

    • Partner with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and workforce planning.

    • Conduct market research on hiring trends to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

    • Promote and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

    • Implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates and reduce bias.

    • Track and report on diversity hiring metrics and align practices with DEI goals.

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally for Entertainment and Technical roles.

  • Skills: Experience with full recruitment cycle, strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge: Knowledge of labor laws, hiring regulations, and recruitment best practices.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.

Desirable:

  • Experience in recruitment within theme parks, events, and entertainment companies.
