This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a dynamic recruiter who can source and attract top-tier talent for roles such as property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the UAE labor market, and hands-on experience in recruitment for the real estate industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and collaboration with department heads to fulfill evolving hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing & Recruitment:

Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates

Manage full-cycle hiring for real estate agents and operational roles

Conduct interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments

Talent Pool Management:

Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings

Use CRM and recruitment software for database management

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work with department heads to define hiring needs

Advise on compensation trends and candidate market insights

Employer Branding & Outreach:

Represent La Maison at job fairs and industry networking events

Ensure hiring procedures comply with UAE labor laws

Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare periodic reports

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

Experience: At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate industry

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office and real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder)
