Talent Acquisition Specialist (Real Estate Experience)

La Maison Real Estate is actively seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in the real estate sector to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a dynamic recruiter who can source and attract top-tier talent for roles such as property consultants, leasing agents, and support staff.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the UAE labor market, and hands-on experience in recruitment for the real estate industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, and collaboration with department heads to fulfill evolving hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing & Recruitment:

    • Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top candidates

    • Manage full-cycle hiring for real estate agents and operational roles

    • Conduct interviews, screenings, and candidate assessments

  • Talent Pool Management:

    • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings

    • Use CRM and recruitment software for database management

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Work with department heads to define hiring needs

    • Advise on compensation trends and candidate market insights

  • Employer Branding & Outreach:

    • Represent La Maison at job fairs and industry networking events

    • Promote the company as an employer of choice within the real estate sector

  • Compliance & Reporting:

    • Ensure hiring procedures comply with UAE labor laws

    • Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare periodic reports

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

  • Experience: At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the real estate industry

  • Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder)

    • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and hiring protocols

  • Personal Traits:

    • Excellent communication and organizational skills

    • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments
