Job Overview:
Hytech is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growing team in the MENA region. You will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, build talent pipelines, and help strengthen the company’s employer brand while ensuring a smooth and inclusive hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to assess needs and develop recruitment strategies

• Source, screen, and engage top talent via job portals, social media, and events

• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and upcoming roles

• Conduct initial assessments and coordinate interviews

• Guide hiring managers through effective interview and selection practices

• Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment efforts

• Track hiring metrics and propose improvements

• Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• Experience in the fintech sector, either agency-side or in-house

• Strong stakeholder and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively

• Familiarity with ATS and modern sourcing tools is preferred

• High level of accountability, initiative, and attention to detail

• Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage
