Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent to meet InZone’s hiring goals. If you’re passionate about people, process, and performance, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction:

  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies.

  • Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

2. Candidate Screening & Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications for alignment with job requirements.

  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with stakeholders.

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

3. Hiring & Onboarding:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs.

  • Support interview panels with selection tools and evaluation methods.

  • Extend job offers and oversee onboarding for seamless new hire integration.

4. Employer Branding:

  • Partner with marketing to strengthen employer brand presence.

  • Represent InZone at career fairs, events, and on digital platforms.

5. Compliance & Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the ATS.

  • Ensure adherence to all employment laws and best practices.

6. Stakeholder Management:

  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams.

  • Provide timely updates on hiring progress and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, ideally in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.

  • Skilled in various sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently or collaboratively.
