Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist 

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on recruiting Real Estate Sales Agents and Support Staff. You will play a key role in building a strong workforce by managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding top talent.

As part of the HR team, you’ll work closely with hiring managers and department leads to implement effective recruitment strategies, attend and organize hiring events, and contribute to enhancing our employer brand. This role demands a dynamic professional who understands the nuances of the real estate industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

  • Plan and participate in local and international recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events to attract top talent.

  • Source candidates via various platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific networks.

  • Conduct interviews and manage the entire recruitment process including screening, assessments, and reference checks.

  • Create job descriptions and interview questions that align with specific role requirements.

  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality applicants and increase brand visibility in the job market.

  • Forecast hiring needs in collaboration with department heads to ensure timely staffing.

  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines by nurturing relationships with passive candidates and previous applicants.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in real estate or related sectors.

  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a talent for negotiation.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.

  • Passionate about recruitment and building exceptional teams.

  • Willingness to travel internationally for recruitment events as needed.
