About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment activities within a fast-paced, performance-driven real estate environment. This role is ideal for someone early in their recruitment career who is confident on the phone, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and motivated by results.

You will play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, supporting ongoing hiring needs, and working closely with senior leadership to attract top talent across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through job boards, databases, and direct outreach

• Conduct cold calling and initial candidate engagement

• Screen CVs and perform preliminary interviews

• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications

• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and candidate records

• Support senior management with ongoing and urgent hiring requirements

• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a recruiter or real estate broker

• Strong verbal communication and phone confidence

• Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset

• Ability to work in a high-volume, target-oriented environment

• Organized, proactive, and eager to grow within recruitment

• This is a junior-level role, suited to candidates early in their career
