Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. The role involves attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent in alignment with organizational goals, workforce plans, and culture. You will collaborate closely with business leaders and ensure a seamless candidate journey—from sourcing to onboarding.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Attraction

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to attract qualified candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

End-to-End Recruitment

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, CV screening, and initial interviews.

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes with stakeholders.

  • Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Maintain effective communication with hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams.

  • Provide insights on market trends, talent availability, and best recruitment practices.

  • Support onboarding transitions to ensure a smooth handover from selection to joining.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Track key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, sourcing effectiveness).

  • Contribute to process improvements within the Talent Acquisition function.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports using SAP ATS and recruitment dashboards.

Innovation & Value Creation

  • Recommend modern recruitment tools, digital sourcing solutions, and process enhancements.

  • Promote innovative hiring approaches that improve quality and reduce costs.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition with proven success in technical and corporate hiring.

  • Experience hiring for construction, engineering, and real estate roles is preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and professional networking platforms.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English is essential (Arabic is an advantage).

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
