Alpago is seeking a proactive and high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing HR team in Dubai. This is a full-cycle recruitment role involving end-to-end hiring responsibilities—from sourcing and screening to onboarding and employer branding. The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing capabilities, data-driven decision-making skills, and a passion for enhancing the candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events

Use advanced techniques like Boolean and X-ray searches for passive candidates
-
Create compelling job descriptions and post across various platforms
-
Conduct initial HR interviews and manage candidate evaluations
-
Coordinate multi-stage interviews with hiring managers
-
Prepare and negotiate offers, manage pre-joining formalities, and ensure smooth onboarding
-
Collaborate with marketing to lead employer branding initiatives
-
Analyze recruitment metrics and generate regular reports
-
Ensure recruitment compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies
-
Support workforce planning and liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

3–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (in-house or agency)

Strong sourcing and LinkedIn recruiting skills, including Boolean/X-ray searches
-
Familiarity with UAE labor laws and visa procedures
-
Experience using ATS tools and modern recruitment platforms

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Proven ability to hire across technical, corporate, and operational domains
