ENOC, a leading integrated oil and gas company in the UAE, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its HR team in Dubai. This is a contract-based on-site position ideal for professionals with experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and strategic talent sourcing. The selected candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the availability of top talent aligned with ENOC’s business and Emiratization goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute group-wide talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.

Deliver annual recruitment plans for technical and non-technical roles.

Source candidates using multiple platforms, networks, and recruitment agencies.

Manage the screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination process.

Maintain relationships with HRBPs, business leaders, and external partners.

Ensure fair and transparent assessment and selection processes.

Prepare and negotiate offer letters and contracts.
-
Manage temporary staffing, vendor contracts, and recruitment costs.

Generate reports and dashboards to track hiring metrics and SLAs.

Stay informed about recruitment trends, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resources or related field.

CIPD certification or equivalent preferred.
-
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition.

Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and recruitment practices.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and assessment skills.

Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online job portals.

Ability to build and maintain vendor and stakeholder relationships.
