Role Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process at elseco, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with its business goals. This position requires strategic recruitment planning, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering a world-class candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

• Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.

• Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and future roles.

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and produce insights for decision-making.

• Enhance elseco’s employer branding through engagement and recruitment marketing initiatives.

• Coordinate interviews, ensure timely candidate feedback, and support compliance throughout the hiring process.

• Facilitate onboarding programs, probation management, and HR system updates.

• Foster partnerships with universities to attract emerging talent and develop internship programs.

• Collaborate with recruitment vendors, managing contracts and service levels.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Support HR in initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.

• Proven expertise in IT recruitment, niche talent acquisition, and headhunting.

• Strong experience in stakeholder and vendor management.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

• Tech-savvy, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
