Role Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process at elseco, ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent aligned with its business goals. This position requires strategic recruitment planning, strong stakeholder management, and a passion for delivering a world-class candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies.

Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract top-tier candidates.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for specialized and future roles.

Maintain accurate recruitment data and produce insights for decision-making.

Enhance elseco’s employer branding through engagement and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Coordinate interviews, ensure timely candidate feedback, and support compliance throughout the hiring process.

Facilitate onboarding programs, probation management, and HR system updates.

Foster partnerships with universities to attract emerging talent and develop internship programs.

Collaborate with recruitment vendors, managing contracts and service levels.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Support HR in initiatives to improve employee retention and engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international or fast-paced environment.

Proven expertise in IT recruitment, niche talent acquisition, and headhunting.

Strong experience in stakeholder and vendor management.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.

Tech-savvy, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
