Talent Acquisition People Partner
Burson Dubai , UAE

Burson, a global communications powerhouse under the WPP umbrella, is seeking a Talent Acquisition People Partner to join their People Team in the META region (Middle East, Turkey, South Africa, and Egypt). This full-time role based in Dubai will play a key part in shaping the company’s workforce strategy through strategic recruitment and stakeholder partnership. The role reports to the People Director and will lead recruitment initiatives while ensuring compliance with labor laws and governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop recruitment strategies aligned with both regional and global business goals
– Collaborate with hiring managers and People Partners to define role specifications and ensure workforce alignment
– Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer negotiations, while leveraging advanced ATS tools
– Coach and guide hiring managers on best practices in candidate evaluation and selection
– Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement
– Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa regulations, and WPP/SOX governance standards
– Build and maintain a diverse and high-quality talent pipeline
– Foster external relationships with universities, agencies, and government bodies
– Contribute to broader people operations initiatives across Burson’s HR ecosystem
Experience & Qualifications:
– Proven talent acquisition experience across multiple roles and geographies, especially within the META region
– Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
– Knowledge of labor legislation, WPP governance policies, and SOX compliance
– Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
– Strategic yet hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability
– Data-savvy with an analytical mindset
– Committed to DEI principles and fostering an inclusive recruitment process
