TASC Outsourcing is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment for its growing team. This 6-month contract role requires a proactive recruiter with UAE experience to develop and execute hiring strategies, source top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.

Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing to find suitable candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future roles.

Conduct initial screenings and coordinate the interview process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Work with HR and business leaders to enhance recruitment processes and employer branding.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.
Job Requirements:
