Hermès Middle East seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment, internal mobility, Emiratisation, and employer branding initiatives across the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, and Bahrain. This pivotal role supports the HR Director and manages a team of talent acquisition professionals to attract top talent aligned with Hermès’ prestigious brand.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:

Lead end-to-end recruitment for Hermès across the Middle East region, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.

Develop strategic hiring plans with department heads to meet talent needs.

Mentor and guide Talent Acquisition Executives and Emiratisation Specialists.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and external partners.

Support recruitment budget reviews and execute strategic senior leadership hires.
Internal Mobility:

Promote internal career opportunities via Hermès internal career portals.

Facilitate internal transitions and coordinate with HR teams regionally and internationally.

Support employee relocation and mobility processes.
Emiratisation:
-
Partner with the Emiratisation Specialist to attract, recruit, and retain UAE Nationals.

Design and manage Emiratisation programs, including graduate development.
Employer Branding:

Lead employer branding strategies to position Hermès as an employer of choice.

Collaborate with Hermès International in Paris to enhance branding efforts.
Experience & Skills
-
Proven talent acquisition experience, preferably in luxury retail or fashion.

Strong recruitment strategy and execution skills.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of Emiratisation policies is an advantage.

Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
