Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join its luxury hospitality team at Jumeirah Beach. The role focuses on administrative support for recruitment, employer branding, social media content creation, and coordinating candidate engagement. This is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in HR or People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Tasks:

  • Carry out TA administrative activities such as data entry, reporting, and correspondence.

  • Manage recruitment processes: posting vacancies, screening, scheduling interviews, reference checks, and new hire paperwork.

  • Prepare employee entry files and ensure correct onboarding, payroll, and documentation.

  • Maintain vacancy posting systems and assist with TA reports, presentations, recruitment fairs, and campus events.

  • Greet applicants and employees, handle inquiries professionally, and maintain office confidentiality.

Employer Branding & Social Media:

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Manager to create content (text, photography, video) for recruitment campaigns and social media.

  • Enhance employer branding strategies and maintain consistent visibility on internal and external channels.

  • Engage with talent communities and respond to messages professionally.

Requirements / Skills:
Administrative Skills:

  • Prior experience in a similar role or People & Culture department.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and real-time reporting.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, data visualization).

  • Exceptional organizational skills for managing complex interview schedules.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish, Chinese) valued.

Digital Marketing Skills:

  • Comfortable with social media tools, basic design software (Canva, Adobe Express), and video editing apps.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, aligned with luxury branding.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with attention to detail.

  • Experience in capturing/editing photos or short-form videos (Reels, TikToks).
