As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating cross-border recruitment efforts and helping international clients build effective teams in Saudi Arabia. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, provide strategic hiring guidance, and ensure compliance with Saudization and local labor regulations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong interpersonal skills, regional experience, and a passion for delivering tailored HR solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Saudi expansion projects
• Source and screen top candidates across diverse industries
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and deadlines
• Provide advisory support on Saudization and localization initiatives
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
• Maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Exposure to international hiring and familiarity with GCC markets is advantageous
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization policies is a plus
• Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred
