VERTEX is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating cross-border recruitment efforts and helping international clients build effective teams in Saudi Arabia. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, provide strategic hiring guidance, and ensure compliance with Saudization and local labor regulations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong interpersonal skills, regional experience, and a passion for delivering tailored HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Saudi expansion projects
- Source and screen top candidates across diverse industries
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and deadlines
- Provide advisory support on Saudization and localization initiatives
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding activities
- Maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Exposure to international hiring and familiarity with GCC markets is advantageous
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and Saudization policies is a plus
- Fluency in English required; Arabic language skills preferred
