Miral Experiences is seeking a skilled and creative Costume Tailor to join our Shared Services Entertainment team at our world-renowned theme parks in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role is essential in supporting our vibrant entertainment offerings, including live shows, character meet-and-greets, and special events.

As a Costume Tailor, you will be responsible for the construction, alteration, fitting, and repair of a diverse range of performance costumes. Your work will ensure that every garment meets both artistic and functional requirements, contributing to the immersive experience that defines Miral’s entertainment brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and alter costumes to match design specifications and accommodate performance requirements.

• Conduct fittings and apply adjustments for optimal comfort, fit, and mobility.

• Collaborate with the costuming and creative teams to bring character and show designs to life.

• Maintain and repair costumes to ensure they are show-ready for daily performances and special events.

• Manage inventory and supplies, including fabrics, trims, and notions.

• Uphold safety, hygiene, and performance standards in all costume production and maintenance.

• Support backstage operations such as quick changes, costume organization, dressing assistance, and laundry.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in tailoring, costume construction, or theatrical wardrobe work.

• Proficiency in machine and hand sewing, pattern making, fabric handling, and garment finishing.

• Strong understanding of beadwork, costume embellishments, and maintenance.

• Ability to operate both industrial and domestic sewing machines.

• Detail-oriented with a high standard of craftsmanship and durability in garment construction.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
