Role Description:
We are seeking a Tailor to join our team, responsible for dressmaking, fittings, and garment alterations according to customer specifications. This is a full-time role based in Europe, where the Tailor will be tasked with ensuring high-quality customer service, managing deadlines, and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the process. The role involves measuring clients, discussing requirements, and making alterations to garments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform dressmaking, fitting, and garment alterations as per customer requirements.

• Measure clients and discuss their needs to ensure the best fit and design.

• Provide high-quality customer service and communicate effectively with clients.

• Manage client satisfaction, ensuring timely delivery of tailored garments.

• Maintain communication with clients regarding their orders and manage any adjustments or issues.

• Ensure all tailoring work meets the highest standards of quality.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in dressmaking and tailoring techniques.
