Tableau Specialist – Data Analytics & Reporting

ManpowerGroup Middle East is hiring a Tableau Specialist to support data-driven decision-making by designing, automating, and managing analytical reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Tableau Prep and Microsoft Excel and a strong background in data analysis, transformation, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, clean, and refresh data flows weekly using Tableau Prep and Excel Power Query.

• Maintain and enhance Excel dashboards, reports, and automated tools using VBA and Office Scripts.

• Conduct data validation, accuracy checks, and quality assurance for all reports.

• Automate repetitive data processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual workload.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and build actionable dashboards.

• Support ad-hoc reporting needs and analytical requests from managers and business leads.

• Maintain organized and well-documented data files, workflows, and reporting schedules.

• Assist in building internal data tools for the VCP team.

Key Tools and Skills:

• Tableau Prep for data shaping and weekly refreshes.

• Microsoft Excel (Advanced): Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA, and Office Scripts.

• Tableau Desktop (used for cross-checking data integrity, not for visualization).

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Background:

• Experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles.

• Exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced business environment.

• Ability to work independently on data projects and manage tight reporting timelines.
