Job Title: System Operations & Java Support Engineer
Job Description:
Join a high-performance 24/7 Production Support & Maintenance (PSM) Team, a core department of our company responsible for resolving technical issues related to customer complaints—spanning databases, Java code, servers, and more. We are building a world-class technical service team and are seeking ambitious, skilled professionals to grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee system operations and maintenance, including daily system checks, performance tuning, and scheduled data backups.

Monitor system alerts and server operations, troubleshoot network/system failures, and ensure rapid resolution.

Analyze and debug code issues within Java-based business applications.

Write and execute database scripts to support business needs.

Develop and maintain internal tools and systems used by the support team.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Strong proficiency in Linux operations, debugging, and performance analysis tools.

Experience with WebLogic and Tomcat for server configuration, deployment, and tuning.

Ability to interpret WebLogic performance metrics and identify bottlenecks.

Familiarity with Oracle/MySQL, proficient in writing and optimizing SQL, as well as handling backups and recovery.

Solid foundation in Java, with experience in Spring/SpringBoot, and ability to trace/debug Java code.

Knowledge of middleware technologies like Kafka, Redis, and MyBatis.

Skilled in using IDEA or Eclipse, and familiar with tools like Maven, Git, and SVN.

Strong communication skills in English or Chinese.

Minimum 2 years in system operations or 1 year in Java development.
