Siemens is seeking a Switchgear Installation Supervisor for oil field projects in Abu Dhabi and other worldwide assignments. The role focuses on the installation and troubleshooting of Siemens Switchgears (NXAIR, 8DA10, Sivacon S8) in challenging onshore and offshore environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the installation of Siemens Switchgears: NXAIR, 8DA10, and Sivacon S8.

• Work on-site in oil and gas fields, both onshore and offshore, on rotational shifts (12-hour days, 7 days a week).

• Deliver technical support and ensure installations meet customer specifications.

• Coordinate installation activities, verify results, and manage site-specific documentation.

• Lead customer teams to ensure timely and quality installation.

• Handle complex technical challenges independently and mentor junior engineers.

• Maintain detailed service records and prepare comprehensive reports.

• Adhere strictly to EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines and company standards.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or High Voltage Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Installation Supervisor in Oil & Gas projects.

• Expert knowledge of Siemens MV and LV switchgear products.

• Installation certifications in Siemens NXAIR, 8DA10, and Sivacon S8 preferred.

• Prior intercultural work experience in the Middle East.

• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Full medical fitness and willingness for rotational site work.
