Job Title: Switchboard Operator – Customer Service & Call Management

Role Overview:
Solutions+ is looking for a highly professional Switchboard Operator to efficiently handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and fluency in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Call Management – Answer calls promptly with high professionalism and minimum wait time.
✅ Visitor Reception – Greet and assist visitors in person and over the phone.
✅ Call Screening & Transfer – Direct calls accurately using employee and department directories.
✅ Inquiry Handling – Provide basic information to callers and refer them to the right contacts.
✅ Call Urgency & Confidentiality – Prioritize urgent calls and maintain high privacy standards.
✅ Technical Coordination – Work with the Digital/IT team to resolve system issues.
✅ Customer Service Excellence – Ensure 99% of incoming calls are attended to efficiently.
Requirements:
✔ 2+ years experience in front desk, reception, or switchboard operations.
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills.
✔ Professional attitude and appearance.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
✔ Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
✔ Time management and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Preferred Qualifications & Technical Skills:
🔹 High school diploma or diploma holder with relevant experience.
🔹 Understanding of call center/switchboard operations.
🔹 Ability to quickly learn internal systems and client company structures.
🔹 Positive, respectful, and proactive attitude.
