Swimfit Sports is hiring a passionate Swimming Coach for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. The role involves conducting swim lessons, ensuring student safety, and promoting aquatic fitness for individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct swim lessons and provide personalized instruction for varying skill levels

• Teach proper swim techniques and ensure students meet safety standards

• Monitor progress and implement effective training plans

• Perform lifeguarding duties and maintain a safe swimming environment

• Engage positively with students and parents to foster confidence and enthusiasm for swimming

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in swimming instruction and coaching

• Lifeguarding and aquatics safety skills

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Experience working with diverse age groups

• Background in competitive swimming or coaching is an advantage

• Degree or certification in sports science or related field (preferred)
