Saeed & Mohammed Al Naboodah Group, a renowned name in the UAE business landscape, is hiring a Sustainability Coordinator to support the delivery of sustainability goals and ensure alignment across departments. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves sustainability data management, stakeholder engagement, event coordination, and internal communications.
The successful candidate will assist in preparing monthly updates, annual sustainability reports, and awareness campaigns while collaborating with various departments and NGOs to promote sustainable practices across the group.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect sustainability-related data and updates from business units.

Maintain and update records and reports using internal tracking systems.

Coordinate volunteering initiatives with approved NGOs.

Draft content for sustainability updates, management reviews, and the annual report.

Organize logistics for sustainability campaigns, training sessions, and events.

Document key performance indicators, success stories, and case studies.

Provide administrative support to the Sustainability Department for meetings and follow-ups.
Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related discipline.

1–3 years of experience in sustainability coordination or ESG reporting.

Proven experience in cross-departmental coordination.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities effectively.
