Clenergize Consultants, one of the fastest-growing Sustainability & Energy Consulting firms in the Middle East, is seeking an experienced Sustainability Consultant to join their Dubai office. The role involves supporting ESG and sustainability projects across the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, working with large-scale clients in industries such as logistics, manufacturing, retail, oil & gas, real estate, and banking.

This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, including ESG frameworks, reporting, renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainability strategies, while being part of a lean, purpose-driven team with a startup-style culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the ESG/Sustainability team to ensure project deliverables are met.

• Support ESG projects including carbon footprint assessments, benchmarking, gap analysis, report drafting, ESG policies, action plans, and KPIs.

• Contribute to ratings, Ecovadis assessments, sustainability reporting, strategy preparation, and training programs.

• Liaise with clients, service providers, and government bodies to ensure timely project completion.

• Provide regular progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and coordinate tasks with the project team.

• Translate client requirements into clear deliverables, project schedules, and resource planning.

• Stay updated on global sustainability trends, policies, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong written and spoken English (essential for sustainability reporting).

• Background in engineering, sustainability, or related field.

• Prior experience working on sustainability and ESG projects.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Advanced knowledge of sustainability protocols, global frameworks, and regulations.
