SU AND SHI, a growing culinary brand in Dubai specializing in authentic sushi and Japanese cuisine, is currently hiring a Sushi Food Preparation Worker for a full-time, on-site role. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual who can contribute to delivering high-quality food experiences to our valued customers.

As a Sushi Food Prep Worker, you’ll be responsible for preparing ingredients, assembling sushi rolls, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring all food is presented with excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh ingredients and sushi components according to company standards.

• Assemble sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes with attention to quality and presentation.

• Ensure proper food storage, cleanliness, and sanitation of the kitchen area.

• Support daily food service operations, including assisting chefs and managing prep stations.

• Interact with customers when required, maintaining a courteous and service-focused attitude.

• Follow all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Proven skills in food preparation and cooking, particularly sushi or Japanese cuisine.

• Previous experience in food service or food & beverage operations is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency in food quality.

• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Familiarity with food safety protocols and standards.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Compensation:

• Salary Range: AED 3,000 – AED 3,500/month
