Position: Survey & Sales Coordinator – Relocation & Moving Services

About the Role:
HLOG is seeking a driven and experienced Survey & Sales Coordinator to support our Relocations and Moving division. This critical role bridges client needs with operational excellence by conducting pre-move surveys, generating accurate quotations, and ensuring a smooth client journey from inquiry to move execution. The ideal candidate is a relocation industry professional with a strong commercial mindset and a commitment to service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough pre-move surveys (both on-site and virtual) for corporate and private clients.

• Prepare tailored quotations based on survey findings and individual client needs.

• Provide expert consultation on relocation services, customs requirements, and timelines.

• Manage incoming leads and support sales efforts to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.

• Maintain proactive client communication throughout the relocation process.

• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure accurate execution of moves.

• Monitor industry trends and competitor services to inform pricing and offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in international/domestic relocations, moving services, or logistics (B2B or B2C).

• Strong knowledge of pre-move survey methodologies and international move protocols.

• Familiarity with packing standards, customs clearance, and door-to-door relocation processes.

• Fluent in English; additional fluency in French or Arabic is highly desirable.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with move management software is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent client service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
