Job Title: Surveillance Security Officer 

Job Description:

We are looking for a vigilant and physically fit Surveillance Security Officer to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring surveillance equipment, identifying unauthorized activity, and responding promptly to incidents or emergencies to ensure safety and compliance across the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems to detect suspicious behavior or unauthorized access.

• Proactively prevent security breaches by responding to alarms and unusual activities in a timely manner.

• Maintain accurate logs of all observations, incidents, and actions taken.

• Coordinate with emergency services or internal departments during critical events.

• Conduct visual surveillance over entry points, restricted zones, and common areas.

• Ensure all monitoring equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to deal with staff, visitors, and security personnel.

• High level of physical fitness; able to stand, walk, and respond quickly for extended periods.

• Sound decision-making and problem-solving abilities, especially in high-pressure situations.

• Previous experience in a security or monitoring role is preferred.

• Familiarity with security systems, alarm protocols, and emergency response processes.

Preferred Candidate:

• Based in the United Arab Emirates

• Age: 22–40 years preferred

• Prior experience in surveillance or security roles is an advantage
