First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), the UAE’s largest bank and one of the world’s safest financial institutions, is hiring a Support Officer (Emiratized Role) on a part-time basis in Dubai. The role focuses on providing excellent client servicing for commercial banking customers while supporting daily operations, ensuring compliance, and assisting in continuous process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client servicing and follow up on customer transactions.

• Serve as the main operational point of contact for key client relationships.

• Resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary, ensuring timely follow-up.

• Adhere to departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for productivity and efficiency.

• Assist with preparing timely reports and statements to meet departmental requirements.

• Collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers (RM/Sr RM) as a team player.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferred).
