Supply Planner
Cartier Dubai , UAE

Cartier is looking for a dedicated Supply Planner to join their Supply Chain team in Dubai. In this role, you will optimize the supply and stock availability by collaborating with multiple departments, managing demand and supply planning, and contributing to continuous improvements within the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand and Supply Planning: Work with headquarters and central operations to review and consolidate regional sales forecasts, assess supply needs, manage stock policies, and conduct gap analyses.

  • Novelties: Coordinate yearly forecasts for novelties, define launch assortments, and monitor performance using KPIs like Sell-Thru, Fill Rate, and On-Time Delivery.

  • Inventory Planning: Define product assortments, manage inventory levels, prioritize short-term needs, and conduct analysis to align with targets and financial goals.

  • Analysis and Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve planning processes, contribute to S&OP processes, and track KPIs for better performance.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, merchandising, or demand/supply planning.

  • Knowledge of the luxury market (Jewelry, Watches, or Accessories) is a plus.

  • Strong Excel, MS Office, and SAP skills (PowerBI is a plus).

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and analytical skills.
