Sunreef Yachts, a world leader in the design and construction of custom luxury catamarans, is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to join its growing operations in the Middle East. With headquarters in Gdańsk, Poland, Sunreef Yachts is known for delivering highly personalized vessels that combine elegant design, cutting-edge engineering, and sustainable innovation.

This full-time, on-site role in Dubai is critical to managing the complete supply chain lifecycle across multiple yacht manufacturing projects. The ideal candidate will bring strategic leadership, a deep understanding of marine systems, and proven experience in complex, quality-driven production environments such as yachting, shipbuilding, or aerospace.

Core Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership:
  Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with corporate objectives and yacht production timelines. Coordinate with executive leadership to support budget forecasting and planning.

• Procurement & Supplier Management:
  Manage global sourcing of marine systems and luxury materials. Negotiate long-term contracts, conduct supplier audits, and ensure compliance with CE, RINA, DNV, and other marine certifications.

• Production Integration:
  Synchronize procurement and warehouse activities with design and manufacturing teams. Validate BOMs and resolve supply chain issues that may impact production flow.

• Inventory & Logistics:
  Implement lean inventory practices and oversee international logistics and warehousing. Ensure traceability from procurement to installation and compliance with marine import/export regulations.

• Cost Control & Risk Management:
  Drive cost-saving initiatives, conduct risk assessments for long-lead items, and manage single-source risks effectively.

• ERP & Digital Tools:
  Lead digital transformation across the supply chain using ERP/PLM systems (e.g. SAP, Navision, Odoo). Implement automation tools for RFQs, supplier dashboards, and real-time stock visibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Naval Architecture, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of senior-level supply chain experience in manufacturing, preferably in yachting, shipbuilding, or aerospace

• Strong knowledge of marine-grade materials, offshore standards, and global logistics

• Proficiency in ERP and PLM systems, with proven digital procurement experience

• Fluent in English; additional languages such as French, Italian, Polish, or Arabic are a plus

• Capable of leading cross-functional teams and engaging with C-level stakeholders and global suppliers
