Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to manage import planning and inventory forecasting. This role is essential in ensuring product availability, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle import planning and supply forecasting activities.

Ensure optimal stock coverage based on forecasted demand.

Prepare and coordinate supplier-wise order inventory plans.

Generate purchase orders and post them in the ERP system.
-
Track and follow up on deliveries from suppliers.

Coordinate with internal teams: Category, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and Logistics.

Maintain consistent product availability and inventory health.
-
Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar industry.

Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).

Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to meet deadlines and thrive under pressure.
