Knauf GCC is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator for a 3-month temporary contract to cover maternity leave. The role involves coordinating the inbound supply chain for raw materials and merchandise products, working closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams. Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers, transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery and cost-effective procurement, monitoring inventory levels, and generating reports. Candidates with experience in logistics, procurement, and purchasing within the manufacturing industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate inbound supply chain for raw materials and merchandise products.

Liaise with transporters to create cost comparisons and ensure timely delivery.

Monitor inventory levels and assist in cost-saving and efficiency improvements.

Assist in procurement by preparing purchase orders, managing vendor relations, and tracking invoices.

Collaborate with various teams (Procurement, Logistics, Production) to ensure smooth operations and data flow.

Generate reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Experience in logistics, procurement, or purchasing in the manufacturing industry.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and effective communication skills.
