This full-time, on-site role is ideal for hospitality professionals with experience in food and beverage operations, team leadership, and guest service excellence. You’ll oversee in-room dining services, ensure high service standards, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure staff works as a cohesive team to provide optimal service and meet guest needs
• Inspect grooming and attire of staff, rectifying any deficiencies
• Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies and cleaning equipment
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, and guest safety
• Conduct inventory checks and requisition necessary supplies
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employees
• Serve as a role model and first point of contact for staff concerns
• Follow company policies, safety protocols, and security procedures
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
• Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate their needs, and provide exceptional service
• Uphold quality expectations and identify ways to improve efficiency and cost savings
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 50 pounds
• Ensure adherence to cleanliness and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of related food and beverage experience
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
