Key Responsibilities:

• Review all e-mails addressed to the billing department and take appropriate action or inform relevant people

• Ensure that all invoices are generated as per the latest tariff and contract rates

• Supervise billing clerks and ensure timely completion of tasks

• Investigate billing-related disputes and coordinate with different departments to resolve them

• Monitor invoices generated after the introduction of new tariffs to ensure accuracy

• Analyze invoices to identify potential areas of revenue leakage and report findings to senior management

• Ensure proper updates in the system for generating monthly throughput reports

• Prepare discharge/break bulk invoices and ensure overtime charges for public holidays are accurately invoiced

• Provide invoice details and documents requested by the finance department

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in billing or finance roles (3+ years)

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

• Ability to supervise and guide a team effectively

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with port services or logistics is an advantage
